Is it really free?
Yes — completely. Apartment communities pay a referral fee to fill their units, and that fee is how we get paid when you sign a lease we found. You're never charged, and your rent is not marked up to cover us.
So how do you actually make money?
The property pays us a referral fee out of its marketing budget when you sign. It's the same fee they'd pay a listing site or any locator — we just do a far more personal job of it. No fee ever comes from you.
Who are the agents?
Licensed Texas real estate agents. You work with a real person who knows the local market, not a chatbot or a lead form that disappears. They represent you through the search, tours, and application.
Which areas do you cover?

How fast will I get my shortlist?
Usually within 24–48 hours of your request. Good units move quickly, so we move quickly — the sooner you send your criteria, the more of the best options are still available.
What's the move-in bonus?
When you sign a lease through us, you're eligible for a move-in bonus — up to $200 cash back or a moving credit, depending on the property. It's our thank-you, and it's on top of the free service.
Do you work with any budget?
We search across budgets, from first apartments to premium units. Tell us your range on the form and we'll work within it — no judgment, no upselling.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your details go straight to your agent so they can help you — we never sell your information, and we don't spam you. You'll hear from a person, about your search, and that's it.
What do you need from me to start?
Just the basics: your metro, budget, move-in timing, and a sense of your must-haves and dealbreakers. The more you share, the sharper the shortlist — but the quick form is enough to get moving.
