You tour the good ones, we handle the paperwork, and you move in.
Apartment communities pay a referral fee to fill their units. When you sign a lease we found, that fee comes to us — out of the property's marketing budget, never out of your pocket, and never as a markup on your rent. You are the client; the property pays the bill. Because we only get paid when you're happy enough to sign, our interests and yours point the same direction.
Every search is handled by a licensed Texas real estate agent — a real person who knows which buildings are worth touring, which "deals" hide a catch, and how to advocate for you through the application. Cherry Finders runs the platform and the front door; licensed agents do the locating and represent you in the transaction.
